Doha, Qatar – June 2, 2025 – ShipBee, Qatar’s AI-powered digital logistics marketplace, has successfully raised QR855,000 in a Pre-Seed funding round, valuing the early-stage startup at QR3.57 million. Backed by institutional and angel investors, this funding marks a major step in ShipBee’s journey to revolutionize how businesses and consumers manage shipping and delivery—both locally and internationally.
Founded in March 2024, ShipBee is incubated by Qatar Development Bank’s Mobility Incubator and the Digital Incubation Center. The startup is redefining logistics with a one-stop digital platform that combines a marketplace, user and driver apps, and SaaS tools for business shipping operations.
Investment to Fuel Growth and Innovation
Led by GrowthX and supported by two angel investors, this funding round also included over QR150,000 in founder capital. The funds will be used to expand ShipBee’s technology capabilities, marketing, team, and operations.
Notably, Allan Villegas, Ph.D., a board member of Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), has joined ShipBee’s board—further strengthening its leadership and strategic vision.

Strategic Growth and Recognition
ShipBee is already making waves with high-profile partnerships, including Snoonu, Qatar Post, DHL, NEXX (China), and a growing network of local delivery providers and retail businesses.
The startup was recently crowned winner of the 1st QDB Innovation Hackathon for Mobility and is currently incubated by QDB-QBIC and the Digital Incubation Center’s Idea Camp (8th Edition).
